We Rise and Sagamore Pendry: Continuing to Support Baltimore’s Youth

We Rise is proud to expand our partnership with Sagamore Pendry Baltimore in providing job opportunities for Baltimore city youth, exemplified by the success of Andre's employment with the luxury hotel. 

Through the ERC Program, Andre was able to attend a real estate development event where he met Senator Antonio Hayes and expressed his interest in the hospitality and culinary industry. With the help of We Rise, Andre was able to meet with Juan Webster, the General Manager of Sagamore Pendry, which ultimately led to a job offer in January of the following year. We Rise provided support every step of the way, even providing transportation for Andre's first week on the job. 

We Rise is dedicated to connecting youth with the resources and opportunities they need to pursue their dreams, and we look forward to continuing our collaboration with Sagamore Pendry to create more success stories like Andre's.
