Weekly mentoring sessions with youth in the We Rise Senators Program. Mentors work 1-on-1 or with two mentees at a time to assist with goal acquisition, job applications, resource connections, and educating youth on:

• Financial literacy (credit, budgeting, retirement savings)

• Entrepreneurship (creating and running a business, business etiquette)

• Construction and Renovation for residential and commercial properties
